This Privacy Policy is issued by Vintara ("Vintara", "we"), an artificial intelligence and digital transformation consultancy, acting as data controller under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"). It explains how your personal data is processed when you visit vintara.ai. The KVKK is our primary legal framework; we also follow an approach that respects the principles of the EU GDPR.

2. Personal Data We Process

Our website has no membership or user account system. We process only the following personal data:

• Data you submit via the contact form: first name, last name, e-mail address, phone number (optional), company name (optional), subject, and your message.
• Technical data collected automatically: your IP address and browser information (user agent).

The newsletter sign-up field is currently display-only and processes no personal data; this policy will be updated once it becomes functional.

3. Purposes of Processing

We process your personal data solely to:

• respond to enquiries sent through the contact form,
• prepare a service proposal and conduct pre-contractual discussions at your request,
• fulfil our legal obligations and respond to competent authorities,
• ensure the secure operation of the website.

Marketing communications are sent only with your explicit consent; without it, you receive no commercial electronic messages from us.

4. Legal Bases

Your data is processed on the grounds set out in Article 5 of the KVKK:

8. Your Rights under Article 11 of the KVKK

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to:

• request the rectification of incomplete or inaccurate data,

• object to a detrimental result produced by exclusively automated analysis of your data,
• claim compensation for damages caused by unlawful processing.

Our website sets only two strictly necessary cookies: "vintara-session" (session, 120 minutes) and "XSRF-TOKEN" (CSRF protection, 120 minutes). We currently use no analytics or marketing cookies, including Google Analytics. If such cookies are introduced later, this policy will be updated and the required consents obtained.
